  I’m so disappointed with the service there. I mean I get it. Since the move, you guys must be really busy. But this is really made me mad. My husband dropped off the car to get the broken radar sensor fixed. We waited for 2 months for the dealership to call us when the parts are in. No notification was ever received. So then we decided to just go in and check if the parts are ready. We finally got to drop off the car at the service center and was told the car would be fixed within the day. In the mean time, I was really glad that they could give us a rental car. 5 more days passed, no one called us at all. And when we check in on the status, apparently nothing was done within those 5 days. Then we had to go out of states for a while and we agreed to return the rental car told that we would be scheduled to come in after our trip and another rental car would be made available for us on that day. On scheduled day, my husband called in and was told no schedule was ever made and he will get a phone call in few hrs and see what times are available. 5 days have passed ever since. We still are left in blue. No one made a contact with us. This is so disturbing. My husband is too nice to complain to them. But I really can’t believe we are being treated this horribly.
