  Terrible customer relations. Horrible experience with the development in Clarkston. Representative there is unfriendly, difficult to work with, and lacks the personality needed in that position. I suggest a legal review of purchase agreement before you sign!!

  We purchased a few months ago in Hamlet behind Cherry Village. The home is beautiful however the warranty experience has been horrible. We have had a water leak for a week and can't get them to come fix it, they don't stand behind their work. I would look at other builders.
