  My dad purchased cremation packages for my mom and himself which was supposed to include many things that they never received My dad was 85 years old when he made this purchase. Surely someone could have followed up to see whether he received the items he was promised. I had solid proof that they did not receive what they were promised since I was at their house during the time these items were supposed to arrive and I also packed up all of their belongings myself when they moved. My mom died two weeks ago and now there are extra fees that are not stated in the contract and we don't have any of the merchandise that we paid over $2000 for, which included a wood chest. a cremation urn, a keepsake urn, thank you notes, etc for both of them. I am sure we will go through this same experience when my dad passes away. I advise anyone thinking of working with this company to look somewhere else that has no hidden fees and a little more compassion.
