  Love Target, I really do. It's one of my favorite places to shop, but this location is always a nightmare. Starting the experience is the beyond awful parking garage situation, if you find a spot you're lucky, if you manage not to hit the columns, or any cars then you must have mad luck. Second, the cafe and Starbucks are always closed. Peak hours, holidays, doesn't matter. I got there at 4:30pm on the Thursday before Christmas and both the cafe and Starbucks were closed. The week before it was 2:30 on a Saturday. Disappointing to day the least.
  
  The only saving grace is the staff here. Always very friendly and ready to help.
